Easy Chapstick Cozy sewing tutorial | Charmed By Ashley

Things you need

1.) Pretty fabric – Love this fabric? grab it here! Hobby Lobby

2.) Split ring

3.) fusible interfacing

4.) Chap stick to test for sizing

Cut 2 pieces of fabric 7″ x 2″, cut the same in a medium weight interfacing (not necessary but if you have it i would use it)

If using cotton i recommend the interfacing, if your using a canvas type fabric skip the interfacing

Cut 1 small square 2″ x 2″

Iron your interfacing onto the back of your fabric, fold down the sides 1/4″

place the two rectangles right sides together. fold the little square in half

Sew down three sides of the large rectangle leaving the folded side open, sew down the small square on one side

Flip both right sides out and iron Flat
