This is so easy and you can stick a pen onto anything and not have to worry about damaging it weather its a planner, notebook, textbook, binder!
All you need is glue, binder clips 1″ and Fold over Elastic or 1″ ribbon
cut a piece of Fold over elastic at 2 1/4″ in length, glue the one side like so! and then do that on the other side
And then thats it! stick it on your books and your ready to go!, there are alot of fun different types of Fold over elastics with different prints, you can make these really cute these days!
