Fabric Snow Flake tutorial

Welcome to the fabric snow flake tutorial.

Materials

Cotton Fabric (two contrasting prints)

Heat and bond




(note this tutorial can be made with double sided paper

 




Measurements – Cut 6 or 7 3″ x 3″pieces (3″ gives you a 6″  snowflake, you can of course make them smaller or larger)

 

Step one iron heat and bond  onto back of first fabric, peel off backing iron on second fabric to back.

Fold one square  in half

Fold in half again

Cutting the fabric parallel to the raw edge, cut towards the single fold, make 3 cuts equally spaced, and 1/4″ away from that top folded edge

 

Using hot glue bring the points of the centre square together

 flip over and bring next two points together, repeat till the end
