Choose the size of your pencil case, my pencil case pieces are 6″ x 10″ wide

Cut 3 lining, 1 outer fabric and 1 vinyl piece

Iron on your vinyl letters, secure your vinyl panel on the front with a small seam allowance, leave a hole to insert the glitter, sew up the hole one glitter and confetti has been added
