Easy Confetti Poppers!

Perfect for Parties, New years eve and Gender Reveals!

Things you will need

1 – Toilet paper roll

“2 – Standard size balloons

3 – Some sort of wide tape

4 – Confetti (bought or home made)

5 – Construction paper / Card stock

Save those toilet rolls so you can make a bunch, use tissue paper cut into tiny squares or grab the dots from your hole puncher  for some inexpensive confetti

Cut a piece of card stock to fit the length and circumference of your tube, its about 4″ x 5 1/2″

Take your balloon and tie a knot at the end of the balloon, cut off the top of the balloon about half way

Stretch the knotted side of the balloon over the end of your toilet paper roll, it might deform your roll a bit and you can reinforce your roll with cardstock in side it or just try to form it back into a cylindrical tube

Use some sort of wide tape, masking tape, packing or duct tape to secure the balloon to the tube

Now its time to decorate the card stock that will go around your tube, you have the option of keeping it plain or you can decorate with gel pens, washi tape, printed duct tape or glitter!

Now you can use a tape runner or glue and apply it over the back completely and apply the card stock to the tube, it will add some more interest, rigidity, and cover up the balloon and tape
